Pur - Customer service/product defects
Four faucet filters failed within a year. I was on hold with Pur customer service for over a half hour...no answer, just music on hold. Good tasting water, nice design, abysmal customer service and product quality control. Filter price rising. Actively seeking an alternative. Attaching photo of latest defect. Water bypass switch suddenly stopped working and back pressure blew this gasket and water shot everywhere. Awful experience.

Defective lid

Please send me a replacement lid for my brand new Pur 11 Cup Pitcher. I just purchased it online from Walmart in Knoxville TN. I have tried exchanging it but unfortunately they are not receiving any Pur 11 cup pitchers right now. Please respond to let me know how you can help. The lid was cracked when I took it out of the box. Thanks! Pamela

Can't find pitcher filter

Per articles on the internet it states " pur filter cannot get plastic materials to manufacture it's pitcher filters " so your screwed. funny though there's generic substitute pitcher filters out there........and they are expensive !!! HELLO BRITA !!!

Question about filter

I am confused re: filter size! The one that came with pitcher is smaller than the replacement ones I bought. Do that both work in my pitcher? I think I have the PPT700W

Our Filter (AGAIN) is not working.

We constantly have problems with our filter for our dispenser. The filter is CONSTANTLY getting clogged and the water take hours to go through, if at all. These are new filters we are talking about. We follow directions to the T and have constant problems. I (AGAIN) had to call customer service to complain and they said that they would love to send out a new filter but "they are out of stock"! and have NO IDEA when they will be getting new filters in. A Day A week! A month? Several months? Who knows! Stay away from this company and Pur products. I am switching to Britta. Every Our product that I have ever purchased has had issues. I am done!

I have purchased 3 Pur Faucet water filters and everyone of them developed a leak where the filter housing and the attached part with light in it come together. It appears looks like there is a flaw as everyone cracked in the same spot. I am presently drinking bottled water while I shop for a new filter.

User's recommendation: Do not purchase aPur filter.

Question s on maxion coupon usage

could only find a sufficient p multipack supply locally reach customer service between 9am and 5pm EST Monday through Friday ONLY its just tempting you to run out on a weekend

Leak coming from Front of device where the pur tag is
There is a stream of water coming out of the PUR emblem name tag on the top left corner. Had it for about six months and the leak started about a week and a half ago

Just searching for customer service phone number... nothing on their website.

Couldnt find companys phone number. This has become very common with many companies. They dont want phone calls. Sometimes, a discussion with real, live humans is necessary.

A great product,if made in usa.,had no problems with pur many years. usa made.

PUR filters bought on line .not the real PUR. . made in CHINA or MEXICO ,FAUSET mount filters. .USA PUR, no problems good tasting, others no good threw them in garbage.

Very unprofessional

Ive been writing back and forth with a representative Nathan and hes been saying for two weeks now o should receive my replacement within 8-10 days now twice. I then asked to speak to a supervisor and he stopped responding. I now have to call the company to get an answer. Lets hope that works !!!

Not enough time with filters; co claims will last 2months Or 100 gallon capacity ; cant possibly be true = live alone &;;amp; only use for drinking wster (& i dont even like water!) = filter defunct sooner...
