I have had my pitcher for a little over 3 months and have gone thru 4 filters. They work really great the first couple weeks and then all of a sudden I'm waiting 12 hrs to filter one pitcher

I have a pur water faucet filter and want info on where to recycle cartridges - online info says whole foods does - I've called 3 local stores, none of them do and have no further info - tried callng helen of troy c/s # 800 477 **** - they did not even have an extension option for water purifiers! I have now spent approx an hour pursuing what should be a simple answer to a simple question and your company has supplied nothing but inaccurate info online and time-wasting 'runaround' options

Filters not working

Pur - Filters not working
Pur filters 3 pal for the Pur pitcher are supposed to last about 2 months or 40 gallons. Mine dont last for 2 weeks. The old product was great. These new filters suck. Tgey were hard to find so when I found them I ordered 6 boxes. Thought I had a faulty box but am now on the third box and they dont work more than 10 days. Photo is after over an hour of filling it.

I too have purchased a three pack of their pitcher filters in the begining of March of 23. I have had the pitcher for 3 years and the speed of filtering was exceptable.

The latest three pack are near half the filtering speed new. Now after 4 refills it is down to 2 cups every two days! UN EXCEPTABLE!!! I do not recommend their product.

I'm going back to Brita!

Faulty Filters

I had bought a box of 3 filters that only would filter water for a couple of weeks before they started to filter water at about a cup an hour. I emailed Pur and they replied saying that this happens sometimes. I asked to get them replaced and they said no. I paid over $60 for a box of filters that I didn't get much filtered water from. Otherwise, the filtered water tastes good when they do work.

Terrible Customer service

I have now discovered Through talking to a second PUR customer rep that the original customer rep Whitney actually lied to me ie. gave me a bogus cancellation number for my product.

Gave me a bogus escalation number and lied and said she sent me two emails confirming my cancellation both of which I never received. I now have had to call back again speak with another customer rep who is supposedly looking into the situation but I may still have to receive the product and refuse it which I can’t do because I’m at work. So then I would have to send it back on my own dime. It is unbelievable this company PUR operates this way and is getting away with it.

If they had simply sent out the product in a timely fashion or at the very least sent me information on it ls’ status and/or tracking number this all would never have happened.

I should’ve read all the terrible reviews before I made this purchase. Never again.

Ordered a 30 cup PUR water filter with filter replacements. Nine days later still no info on shipping processing or tracking. Called several times was told it was being processed. Finally called to cancel order and spent an hour on the phone trying to get this order canceled because they wanted to send it to me anyway and have me refuse it. If I had read all the terrible reviews about this company service and products before I even ordered this. Will never ever ever use PUR again

Tried calling this POS company and no one answered. Imagine that....still waiting for delivery but not holding my breath. This company sucks...AA

Defective lid

Please send me a replacement lid for my brand new Pur 11 Cup Pitcher. I just purchased it online from Walmart in Knoxville TN. I have tried exchanging it but unfortunately they are not receiving any Pur 11 cup pitchers right now. Please respond to let me know how you can help.
